Very interesting idea for a photomanipulation, and very good choice of photographs. However, there is still room for improvement.

My comments/suggestions for improvement:
1. Increase the contrast of the girl slightly. Just slightly. This is because the background has a very high contrast (the tree and the snow), whereas the contrast on the girl is a little weak. This made the cut-and-paste look a little obvious.
2. Model accidentally distorted during resizing. This is a common problem when photomanipulators accidentally distort the photo when they're resizing it. It seems to me that the model has been elongated vertically, making her look awkwardly skinny. Try resizing the original again, or stretch it a little horizontally.
